We have been listening to all our customers so from Monday 4 July we are going for it and we will be open 7 days a week. Welcome to Stephane who loves all things English: full fry-up breakfast, a brisk walk up the Trundle, his girlfriend and he says he drinks warm, real ale and enjoys it. Stephane joins us as front of house and hasn’t stopped smiling since he arrived - he even lets the girls be in charge of the music remote! Totally unflappable.
