Totally Tomato
As it is National Tomato Week – bizzarre concept but slightly more useful then National Bluberry Week surely – we decided to slow roast a couple of trays to bring a little Itallian sunshine into the restaurant. Obviously we would prefer to be using the beating sunshine to be drying them in the classic way but hey they still taste great.
